Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, vetting & execution of Lease Deeds, Agreement to Sell, Managed Office Agreements, Service Agreements & other critical real estate documents.
• Strong understanding and handling of LOIs (Letters of Intent).
• End-to-end management of Lease Deed & Sale Deed registrations at Tehsil offices.
• Preparing transfer sets and maintaining structured, highly professional legal documentation & records.
• Conducting property due diligence, title verification, and ensuring strict compliance with local real estate laws.
• Supporting litigation management, legal operations, and risk mitigation processes to protect corporate assets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in complex real estate transactions & property laws.
• Excellent drafting and contract-reviewing skills with meticulous, high attention to detail.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management abilities to seamlessly interact with elite corporate clients.
• Ability to manage multiple files, strict deadlines, and intricate legal processes efficiently.
